Shipping Policy:

RadJamzzz is proud to offer free shipping on orders of $80 or more across Canada. For all other orders in Canada, we offer a flat fee shipping rate of $10.00. Order placed locally in Ottawa are shipped with a $5.00 flat rate. ​

In the USA, RadJamzzz offers free shipping on order of $120 or more. For all other orders to the USA, a flat fee shipping rate of $20.00 applies. ​

For any international orders outside of Canada and the USA, please contact us at hello@radjamzzz.com and we will send you the shipping options. ​

We pack and ship all orders from our digs here in Ottawa. They are always out the door within 3-5 business days - but we aim to get them on their way within 24 hours as often as we can! ​
​
We ship primarily with Canada Post, UPS, and DHL based on cost, destination and availability.
